Quinn named starting QB

Brady Quinn is back in - and he's not planning on looking back.
"I don't spend a lot of time on the past," Quinn said. "I think you always try to go back and be critical of yourself, but a lot of times I try to look at more fundamental things and I try to look at some (specific) things -- what could I have done different in this situation? And again, I always feel confident in what I put out there on the field."
Browns Head Coach Eric Mangini named Quinn the starting quarterback for the Browns' Monday night game against the Ravens and said he has no intention to change quarterbacks again this season.
Quinn started the first three games of the season, including the first game against the Ravens, before being replaced by Derek Anderson.
"Brady has done a nice job in practice," Mangini said. "I expect that. That's what I asked him to do. I look forward to him taking advantage of this opportunity and playing well the rest of the season."
Mangini said he spoke with both Quinn and Anderson before announcing the decision.
"I like to think that throughout the course of the season, guys continue to improve," Mangini said. "Brady has had more time in the system and I think he's done good things in the role he was playing, which is what I asked of him. I think he's worked at the same level that he worked at as a starter and prior to becoming the starter and to me, that's the key to any type of improvement."
ROSTER MOVE: The Browns have signed seven-year veteran LB Josh Stamer to the active roster and still have one open roster spot to fill.
Stamer has previously played with the Bills and Titans.
