Sweepstakes open to legal residents of Ohio over the age of 18 only.
Fans can enter to win from August 29^th - November 24^th 2008 by registering at www.clevelandbrowns.com. Fans will be required to provide information including but not limited to their name, address, phone number, e-mail address and date of birth. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Each person who registers on the website will be automatically entered into the sweepstakes to win a 2008 Chevrolet vehicle. Vehicle make and model to be determined by the Browns.
Employees and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, in-laws, brother, sister, child or household resident) of The National Football League, Cleveland Browns, General Motors and its dealers, including but not limited to all subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, agencies thereof and their respective directors, officers and agents, and each of its or their affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional or judging agencies and each parent and subsidiaries ("Sponsors") are not eligible to win.
A random drawing for contest participants will be held the week prior to a Cleveland Browns home game to draw the winners for the next Cleveland Browns home game. Two contestants will be drawn from a list of entries on the website www.clevelandbrowns.com. If you have been selected to participate in the contest, notification will be on the Monday prior to the next home game. Odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. All winners will be notified by phone using the information they provided on the website. Sponsors are not liable or responsible for missing, incorrect or illegible information provided. All winners and their guests may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release within 3 days after notification of winning or prize will be forfeited. Each winner must consent to the use of his/her name and likeness, voice or picture for advertising/publicity purposes without additional compensation. An alternate winner may be selected if the prize is not claimed by the original winner or if the prize is not accepted as offered. By participating entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsors and judges which are final and binding in all respects.
The two contestants will stand approximately 10 yards from the vehicle and have15 seconds to throw a football-like object into the rear hatch/trunk of the vehicle. After the 15 seconds, a winner will be determined based on having a total number of football-like objects inside the vehicle higher that that of their opponent. The football-like objects must remain in the vehicle. If they bounce out they do not count. In the case of a tie the contest will move to approximately 15 yards and each contestant will be given one (1) chance to throw a football-like object into the vehicle. The tie-breaker will continue until one participant misses.
There will be seven (7) finalists from 9/7/2008, 9/14/2008, 10/13/2008, 11/02/2008, 11/06/2008, 11/23/2008 and 11/30/2008 competing on December 21, 2008 for the grand prize. The winner from each Cleveland Browns regular season home game will compete in the preliminary finals on December 21, 2008 where the contestants will be narrowed to two (2) based on similar contest criteria. The top two (2) contestants who have the highest number of football-like objects inside the vehicle after 15 seconds will compete for the grand prize during halftime of the game. Each finalist will be required to attend the game to be qualified to win the vehicle. Same contest rules apply to the finals.
One Grand Prize will be awarded. One winner will receive a 2008 Chevrolet vehicle during the final Cleveland Browns game of the 2008 season on December 21, 2008. Approximate prize value is $20,000 not including tax, title, license and dealer fees. Optional equipment is extra.
No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value. Limit one prize per name, address and/or household. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Prize recipient will be solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize. No groups, clubs, newsletters or organizations may reproduce or distribute any portion of these rules to their members and anyone who enters this sweepstakes through means not permitted by these rules is disqualified. All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these rules and decisions of judges, which shall be final and binding.
Winners and their guest, by acceptance of the prize agree to release all "Sponsors" from any and all liability for injuries or damages sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, use or misuse of the prize and participation in this sweepstakes.
Each winner is responsible for, if applicable, all relevant taxes, licensing fees, insurances, ground transportation, meals or personal expenses. Each winner will receive a Form 1099 for the "fair market value" if the prize in excess of $600.

If any rule shall be declared invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these rules shall not be affected.
"Sponsors" will not assume any responsibility for any changes in the execution of the contest, including; cancellation of the contest as a result of the occurrence of events not within the control of "Sponsors", such as Acts of God, Strikes and Terrorists Acts. In the event, such an act should occur reasonable attempts will be made to offer the winner comparable prize(s) currently being offered in lieu of the prize originally awarded.
By entering the contest or accepting a prize, each person agrees to the Official Rules.
