Community Outreach

	Browns Women's Organization The Browns Women's Organization actively supports the local community through outreach endeavors throughout the season. Together as a group, the goal is to positively impact the community and fans who embrace the Cleveland Browns through unique charitable efforts.

The Cleveland Browns are proud to launch the Browns Women's Organization to further help support the community and fans who embrace our team. Led by Julie Mangini, the Browns Women's Organization was formed to offer the significant others of the team an effective way to give back.

The vision of the Browns Women's Organization (BWO) is to create opportunties for members to improve the lives of individuals and families through acts of kindness and goodwill.

Frequently throughout the Browns Season the BWO will engage in a variety of community efforts ranging from breast cancer awareness efforts, proving special experiences for kids in need, providing hunger relief support, and creating memorable holidays for families.

Organizations supported by the Browns Womens' Organization during the 2009 Season include:

• American Cancer Society - With focus on breast cancer awareness, the BWO helps raise funds for the cause.


• Berea Children's Home & Family Services - Kids receive exclusive invites to visit their 'neighbors' at the Browns Berea Training Facility.


• Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Ohio - The BWO Match of the Game program offers unique game day experiences for selected Bigs & Littles to enjoy a Browns home game.


• Cleveland Foodbank - The BWO gives back for Thanksgiving.


• Littlest Heroes - Members of the BWO adopt families for the December holidays.


• Providence House - Halloween takes on a life of its own, when the BWO add their personal touches to create a memorable experience for kids.
