Community Outreach
In addition, the Hats Off to Our Heroes program has become an umbrella to encompass the Browns support of military representatives and local service organizations. The benchmark of the program includes honoring different men and women who serve the community year after year. The Hats Off to Our Heroes program has evolved for the 2006 season, and the Browns are proud to announce the ongoing effort to give recognition to those who deserve it. Rather than focusing on the Browns home opener to highlight standout citizens, the Cleveland Browns have dedicated each regular season home game to recognize and salute each branch of the United States Armed Forces, in addition to volunteers of Katrina Relief Efforts and local police and fire representatives. The Cleveland Browns thank each of the men and women who serve our country, locally and abroad.
