Touchdown for Reading

Score a Touchdown for Reading this fall with the Cleveland Browns! The Browns are proud to announce the return of their Touchdown for Reading program in partnership with the Cuyahoga County Public Library and Cleveland Clinic. Reading helps build a foundation for success in school, and the Browns want to encourage YOU to have reading as part of your daily schedule. Research has shown a strong correlation between frequent reading and success with learning. The Browns' Touchdown for Reading program challenges students to be excited about books and lay a foundation for a lifelong love of reading.

Touchdown for Reading is an online reading program designed for readers in grades K-8 to track their reading minutes, and ultimately, score touchdowns! Readers are encouraged to score as many touchdowns as they can…the more touchdowns you score, the better chance you have at winning fantastic BROWNS PRIZES! Touchdown for Reading has begun and runs through Nov. 22. The program will run for four quarters, with prizes awarded after each quarter is completed. The school within the Cuyahoga County Public Library service district with the highest level of participation per enrollment at the end of the program will earn a Touchdown for Reading Grand Prize Pizza Party with Cleveland Browns Mascot, Chomps!
