Have you heard of NFL Play 60? It's the NFL Movement
for an Active Generation! This health and fitness campaign focuses on increasing the wellness of young fans by encouraging them to be active for at least 60 minutes a day. Since healthy living is important to everyone, I have decided to make some changes myself. Join me as I begin my new journey towards a Play 60 lifestyle! I will be posting weekly workouts on my Chomps' Blawg page starting this week, where you can follow along and learn from the benefits of exercise and healthy living. Together, we will work on the fundamentals of movement and exercise, including balance, coordination and stretching. As we progress throughout the weeks, we'll expand with more difficult lessons as we target specific parts of the body, which will ultimately create a healthy and well-balanced guide to a fit lifestyle.
