The Browns and Bears traded punts and field position in the third quarter and the score remains tied at 10 heading into the fourth quarter of the preseason finale at Cleveland Browns Stadium.
The Browns took a lead with 3:29 remaining in the second quarter but it did not last long as the Bears marched right down the field on a response drive that was punctuated by Robbie Gould’s 46-yard field goal with 1:08 left in the half.
The Bears responded to the Browns taking a 10-7 lead on Phil Dawson’s 25-yard field goal through the uprights in the East end zone. Dawson’s kick capped an 11-play, 69-yard drive that took 6:48 off the game clock.
