Moffitt, a 6-4, 319-pound lineman, is in his third NFL season out of Wisconsin. He has appeared in 17 regular-season games with 15 starts, including six last season to assist Seattle to the NFC playoffs.
Originally Seattle’s third-round pick (75th overall) in the 2011 NFL Draft, Moffitt started the first nine games of his rookie campaign before a season-ending knee injury.
In 2012, he started four games at right guard and two at left guard. He was part of an offensive line that helped block for Marshawn Lynch, who finished third in the NFL in rushing yards with 1,590, while adding 11 rushing TDs, which tied for fifth in the league.
