The Browns made a series of roster moves, the team announced Friday evening.

The Cleveland Browns today signed wide receiver Josh Cooper to the active roster from the practice squad. The team also placed wide receiver Jordan Norwood on injured reserve; designated for return. In addition the roster exemption was lifted for defensive back Joe Haden.

Cooper was originally signed by the Browns as an undrafted free agent on May 9, 2012. He spent training camp with the club before being waived on final cut downs on August 31. He caught four passes for 41 yards during the preseason and spent the first five weeks of the regular season on the team’s practice squad. Cooper’s full bio can be found on page 106 of the 2012 media guide. He will wear No. 88.

Norwood is eligible to return to practice in six weeks and to the active list in eight weeks.
