The Browns, who have no expected changes to their starting lineup, have deactivated defensive backs
Washington quarterback Robert Griffin III will not play for the Redskins after suffering a knee injury in an overtime victory against the Baltimore Ravens last Sunday afternoon. Fellow rookie Kirk Cousins is expected to start for Griffin.
Cousins has completed seven of 11 attempts for 137 yards and two touchdowns against two interceptions this season. He went two for two for 26 yards and a touchdown, as well as ran for a game-tying two-point conversion, against the Ravens last week.
The Redskins have also deactivated wide receivers Brandon Banks and Dezmon Briscoe, linebacker Roddrick Muckleroy, guards Josh LeRibeus and Adam Gettis, and tackle Tom Compton for the game.
