Preview: The Mentor Cardinals and St. Ignatius Wildcats meet for the second time this year, after the two squads played in Week 3 of the regular season in a matchup the Wildcats won, 48-21. Mentor got to the regional final with a wild 63-56 come-from-behind victory over St. Edward last week, while St. Ignatius and running back Tim McVey shut out North Royalton, 56-0. With both offenses proving to be high-powered, the game could come down to which defense is better prepared.
The winner will advance to the Division I state semifinal and face the winner of the Massillon Washington-Toledo Whitmer matchup.
