Trusnik, an Ohio native and graduate of Nordonia High School in nearby Macedonia, started 10 of 12 games with the Browns and registered 54 total tackles. He had 43 solo stops and 2.5 quarterback sacks. Trusnik's first career sack came against the Steelers in Heinz Field on October 18, 2009.
Heiden played in 7 games for the Browns in 2009 before being placed on injured reserve on November 18th.
