Donovan Beidelschies is entering his fourth season with the Browns and his second season as player personnel assistant and college scout. Beidelschies spent two seasons as team operations coordinator (2005-06). Beidelschies played football at Heidelberg College and graduated with a BA in history and secondary education in 2000.
Beidelschies spent the 2000 season at Allegheny College as assistant football coach and defensive line coach. He spent four seasons (2001-04) at Thiel College in Greenville, Pa., as an assistant football coach, special teams coordinator and travel coordinator. He received his MA in higher education administration from Youngstown State University in 2004. Beidelschies was born in Tiffin, Ohio. He and his wife, Michelle, are expecting their first child this summer. The couple resides in Medina, Ohio.
