Career Transactions: Originally signed by Miami as an undrafted free agent on July 28, 2011… Waived by Miami on September 3, 2011… Claimed by Cleveland via waivers on September 4, 2011.

Seasonal Reviews:

2011: Played in 13 games as a reserve… Tallied eight special teams tackles, a figure that was fourth on the team… Inactive for three games with a hamstring injury… Made NFL debut vs. Cincinnati (9/11).

College: A former walk-on wide receiver who became a three-time all-conference defensive end at Prairie View A&M (2007-10)… As a senior, appeared in 11 games and tallied 70 tackles and 4.5 sacks on defense and forced a fumble and three blocked kicks on special teams… As a junior, notched 39 tackles and a team-best five sacks… Earned a degree in agriculture animal science.
