Donovan Beidelschies is entering his seventh season with the Browns and his second as a college area scout. He spent two seasons with the club as team operations coordinator (2005-06), two more as a player personnel assistant – college scout (2007-08) and one as a scout (2009).
Before joining the Browns, Beidelschies spent four seasons (2001-04) at Thiel College in Greenville, Pa., as an assistant football coach, special teams coordinator and travel coordinator. He served one year (2000) as an assistant coach at Allegheny College.
Beidelschies played football at Heidelberg College and graduated with a B.A. in history and secondary education in 2000. He went on to earn his master's degree in higher education administration from Youngstown State University in 2004.
A native of Tiffin, Ohio, he and his wife, Michelle, reside in Medina, Ohio with their daughter, Meagan.
