Your Season Ticket Holder Locker Room is your one-stop shop for all online account management. Now you can make deposits and payments, renew your seats, buy additional tickets, track seat usage, update your profile and request a seat change, all from your own personal online account.
To get even more out of your season ticket investment, you can also forward tickets to friends via e-mail or even donate them to charity. Your seats never have to go unused again.
ACCESS YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT
Step 1 - Go to ClevelandBrowns.com and select Season Tickets under Tickets on the main navigation bar.
Step 2 - Select Season Ticket Holder Locker Room .
Step 3 - Log into your personal account with your email address or Account ID and Password listed on your invoice.
Step 4 - Start managing your tickets - it's that easy!
MAKE PAYMENTS
Your Season Ticket Holder Locker Room lets you make payments online. Simply log into your personal account and select "Pay Invoice". Here you can view your statements, make payments and renew your season tickets. For a limited time, extend your payment deadline by taking advantage of our Multi-Payment Plan using your Visa® card in your Season Ticket Holder Locker Room!
EDIT PROFILE
With online access to your account, you can easily update your account profile at anytime. This includes important contact information such as mailing address, phone number and email address. If you are interested in receiving online offers, be sure to keep your email address up-to-date.
EMAIL YOUR TICKETS
You can send your tickets to virtually anyone, even at the last minute, via ticket forwarding. This service lets you email tickets to friends, family or clients when you can't attend a game. Simply log into your personal account and select the ticket or group of tickets you wish to send, enter the recipient's information and select "Forward". It's so easy - you don't even need to have the tickets in hand. Avoid the hassles of overnight and in-person delivery and start enjoying the benefits of this service.
HOW IT WORKS
Each of your tickets carries a unique barcode, ensuring that they are authentic. During the forwarding process, the barcode on your original season ticket is cancelled and a new one issued electronically. The recipient is emailed a new ticket with a unique barcode via ticketFast™ that can be printed using any standard printer.
WHAT IS THE FEE?
Ticket forwarding is an inexpensive alternative to other overnight delivery and courier services. Now for a nominal fee of only $1.95 per ticket, you can enjoy the convenience of this innovative technology that provides a secure alternative method to ensure your seats get used.
RESELLING YOUR TICKETS
Can't make it to a game this season? TicketExchange gives you the opportunity to anonymously sell your tickets to other Browns fans. Season tickets can be re-sold, but individual game tickets (including group tickets) and Luxury Suite tickets are not permitted for re-sale. There is no fee for posting tickets and the process is secure.
Simply highlight the tickets you wish to sell; choose the selling price and expiration date; and submit the listing. Editing your posting at any time is quick and easy.
Once the posted tickets have been purchased, the barcodes on your original tickets are cancelled and new barcodes are issued. The new tickets are then electronically delivered to the buyer via TicketFast for at-home printing, using any standard printer.
The credit from the sale of your ticket(s), less a 10% seller fee, will appear on your Browns season ticket account. This credit will remain on account and can be applied toward home Playoff tickets or your 2010 season ticket invoice. Or you can choose payment thru ACH instead of an account credit.
Season ticket holders will be notified via email if the tickets do not sell before the indicated expiration date. The listing will be automatically removed and the original tickets will still be valid for entry. If you cannot attend the game, you also have the option of emailing your tickets to a friend via Ticket Forwarding.
The Browns will notify all season ticket holders by email when this feature is available for the 2009 season.
Please note that any account with a past-due balance will not be able to re-sell tickets.
