When do group tickets go on sale?

How many people qualify as a group?
Group ticket minimums for 2012 are as follows: 20 or more in the general bowl (500 level, West Mezzanine and Upper Dawg Pound); 10 or more for Club level.
What are the benefits of purchasing Group Tickets over individual tickets?

- Additional Group Leader benefits based on your ticket purchase
Where are Group seats normally located?
Group seating is typically located in various sections throughout the 500 level, as well as in the West Mezzanine and Upper Dawg Pound. We also offer limited group seating in select Club Level locations.
How are seat locations chosen for a group?
Group seating locations are assigned to customers on a first-come, first-serve basis. Seat locations are based on: the date a group order is received with payment, number of tickets requested and availability of seats matching the specific request(s) of the group leader.
What type of payment do the Browns accept?
The Cleveland Browns prefer VISA but also accept American Express, Master Card, Discover, Cash or Check for ticket payment.
Can I get all of my seats grouped together?
Subject to availability, your group will be seated together. Your Group Sales Representative will make its best efforts to keep your group together.
Do you provide any marketing materials for my group?
Upon request our staff may provide you and your group with complimentary posters, fliers and order forms to promote your event. Please note that an order and/or purchase of group tickets does not grant you or your group any right or license to use the Cleveland Browns marks or name to promote your event. A grant of any right or license to use the Cleveland Browns marks or name shall be in the sole discretion of the Browns.
