Any transactions made concerning a season ticket account will be made only with the account holder of record. All transactions must be documented in writing, signed by the season account holder of record and may require a stamp from a notary. These transactions include but are not limited to: change of address, seat additions and deletions, seat location changes and all transactions involving the collection and refunding of money.

Your account number is of extreme importance in referencing your account. The Browns will only discuss an account with the account holder of record. No exceptions! You should always have your account number available when calling our office. Change of Address

It is important that you keep your address current on your season ticket account. It is incumbent upon you to notify us in writing immediately of any changes of address. For your protection, address changes must be submitted in writing and be signed by the account holder of record. Include your account number and a daytime telephone number on all your correspondence. You can print the Change of Address Form in a PDF and mail or fax it to:

Cleveland Browns Stadium Ticket Office
100 Alfred Lerner Way
Cleveland, OH 44114
Fax: (440) 891-5051

If it’s more convenient, feel free to log in to your Season Ticket Holder Locker Room to make any necessary changes to your contact information as well.

When the season ticket holder of record is a company, the change must be on business letterhead that shows that new address and must be signed by an officer of the company. The same procedure should be used when a company needs to change the contact person for the account.

Changes of address will not be accepted by phone.

It is the season ticket holder's responsibility to notify us of any change of address to ensure prompt delivery of tickets, notices and other dated ticket information. Tickets will not be forwarded by the Post Office and it is the responsibility of the season account holder of record to pick up any tickets returned to the Ticket Office. No refunds will be issued for games missed due to undeliverable tickets.

Season Ticket Payment

Annual season ticket renewal invoices are mailed to account holders in February. The deadline for season ticket payment is May 1st. It is important to meet the payment deadlines. The Cleveland Browns Ticket Office is not responsible for delays or payments lost by the postal service. Prompt response to the invoice by the season ticket holder will reduce the risk of possible PSL/season ticket forfeiture. Payment must be made in full by the deadline stated on the invoice. Any delinquent payment will be considered a default on the PSL, and cancellation of your season tickets will ensue. A default of a PSL will forfeit the PSL to the Cleveland Browns, in accordance with terms stated in the PSL contract.

Once a PSL is forfeited and season tickets are cancelled, it is not possible to retrieve them. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced. The ticket office uses first class mail to correspond with account holders. Unless returned to us by the Postal Service, it will be assumed that you have received all invoices and mailings.

Seat Relocation Request

Season ticket holders looking to relocate their current seats need to submit their intention in writing annually to the Browns Ticket Office. Relocation requests can be submitted on-line through the Season Ticket Locker Room. If you prefer to mail a form to the Ticket Office, you can print the form from the Exclusive Season Ticket Holder Web Page, your Locker Room, or you can request one from the ticket office.

Requests must come from the season ticket holder of record. Only accounts that are paid in full by the deadline can be considered for relocation. The relocation process will take place during the month of June.

The Cleveland Browns do not imply or express any guarantee to season ticket holders regarding the relocation of seats. Because of time constraints involved in the process of relocation, if we can meet your request in your current category we will move you automatically and send you out written notification of your new seats; your former seats will be used in the on-going relocation process for other season ticket holders and will no longer be available. The deadline to submit a request for relocation prior to the start of the upcoming season is April 1st. Only accounts that are paid by the deadline can be considered for relocation. Requests we are unable to meet, will receive written notification by the end of June.

If your move requires moving to a different PSL category, it will be necessary to pay the difference between what was originally paid and the current value of the new category. If such a move is to a lower price category, there is no refund. There is no charge to relocate within your current PSL seat category. Those being offered seats in another category will be contacted by phone.

Transfer of Seats

As a Permanent Seat License holder, you have the right to transfer the PSL by gift, bequest or otherwise. Transfers received between May 2nd and January 31st will be completed upon of the transfer by the Cleveland Browns prior to invoicing for the following season. Transfers received between February 1st and May 1st will be completed upon payment in full of the season ticket invoice and approval of the transfer by the Cleveland Browns. There will only be one Licensee for a given seat at any time. Once you transfer a PSL, you will no longer have any rights associated with that seat. A PSL may not be transferred more than once each season except in the case of the death of the Licensee. No transfer will be complete until the transferee has assumed all obligations of the transferor, and the transfer has been recorded on the books of the Cleveland Browns Ticket Office. PSL holders should review their PSL Agreement for policies and procedures regarding transfers of PSL(s). In order to transfer a PSL, a Transfer Form needs to be obtained and completed by the present Licensee. Upon submittal of proper documentation and a transfer fee of $25.00 per PSL payable to the Cleveland Browns, the transfer request will be reviewed and all parties involved will be notified of any action. Transfers to immediate family members will allow the account to keep its seniority status. If an account is divided among more than one family member, only one account will retain the seniority status of the original account. All other accounts will begin with the seniority status of the year the transfer is completed. Transfers to other people will involve starting a new account for those people.

Dawg Pound seats are non-transferable.

You can process your PSL transfer by requesting a form through the Cleveland Browns Ticket Office at (440) 891-5050, toll free (888) 891-1999, or e-mail tickets@clevelandbrowns.com. Transfer forms may be mailed to the Cleveland Browns Ticket Office, 100 Alfred Lerner Way, Cleveland, Ohio 44114, or by accessing the Season Ticket Holder Locker Room.

Lost/Stolen Tickets

The Cleveland Browns Ticket Office recommends that you store your season tickets with your other valuable papers to safeguard against theft or loss. Responsibility for loss or theft of season tickets pass to the subscriber upon receipt of tickets. Tickets should be handled like cash and will only be replaced or reprinted under strict guidelines set forth below. Any business concerning PSL's or season tickets will be conducted only with the account holder of record upon presentation of picture identification.

As a courtesy, the Cleveland Browns may replace season tickets in the event they have been lost or stolen due to unforeseen circumstances. The following policies are in effect:

1.) Requests for replacement tickets that occur on game days, regardless if lost, stolen, misplaced, or being left at home will be subject to a non-refundable $5 replacement fee per ticket.

2.) Stolen Tickets - season ticket account holder of record must present a letter (notarized, if mailed) explaining the circumstances of the theft accompanied by a copy of an official police report. These documents may be mailed or presented in person at the ticket office.

3.) Lost Tickets - season ticket account holder of record must present a letter (notarized, if mailed) explaining the circumstances of the loss.

In the cases of lost or stolen tickets (#2 and #3 above), a deposit is not required if the procedure is accomplished prior to game day and is a first time request. If there have been numerous requests associated with an account the Ticket Office may, at their discretion, assess charges or deny replacement tickets entirely.

Tickets will only be replaced for the season ticket holder of record. This policy is for the protection of our season ticket account holders and will be strictly enforced. Single game tickets will not be replaced.

Persons in possession of tickets, which have been reported lost or stolen, are subject to being questioned and may be escorted from the Stadium and subject to arrest. The Cleveland Browns reserve the right not to replace lost or stolen tickets.
