What time do the Luxury Suites open and close?
The Luxury Suites open (2) hours before kick-off and will remain open for one (1) hour after the conclusion of the game.
How do I access the Suite level?
Each main Stadium gate has a Suite Entrance nearby that will take all suite guests directly to the suite level via elevator.
How can I get updates about game day events?
The week of each home game, the Browns send out an informational e-mail to all ticket holders. If you do not receive this, please contact us at suites@clevelandbrowns.com.
How can I order food for my Suite for the game?
Suiteholders can order food from the full service menu provided by Levy Restaurants up to 5 days before the game.
Can we order more food in the suite during home games?
Yes, there is a game day menu in each suite. You can place your order for additional food and beverage with your Suite Attendant or you may call the order in by using your house phone and pressing the catering button.
May I take alcoholic beverages home with me?
No, our liquor license does not allow this. Also, please remember that you are responsible for your guests. It is unlawful to allow anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcoholic beverages in your suite.
Where do I call to report a problem on game day?
To report any game day issues, please call the Concierge desk by pressing the Concierge button on the house phone in your suite.
Does a child need a ticket to attend the suite?
Yes, all individuals, regardless of age, need a ticket to gain admittance to the Suite level.
Where can I find an ATM?
PNC ATM machines are located across from Sections 112, 129, 139, 148, Team Shop, Legends, South Club-311, North Club-328, 515 and 537.
Can I purchase Luxury Suite tickets to other events held at Cleveland Browns Stadium?
Yes, you can purchase tickets for other Stadium events, such as college football games and concerts.
