Guidelines & Indemnification

Please read the following guidelines to ensure that the mascot appearance is a success. Note that the guidelines below are subject to change based on the nature of the event.
- Mascot appearance fees are subject to change according to the nature of the event.
- Rate: $250
- Non-Profit Rate: $125
- Appearances are at a maximum of 45 minutes
- Appearances more than 30 miles from Berea, OH. will be assessed a travel charge of $0.58 cents per additional mile after 30 miles (round-trip)
- 48 hours notice is required for a refund if an event/appearance is canceled. Final details for the performance/event (including arrival, parking, performance details, etc.) must be confirmed and sent to the Browns 5 business days prior to the event.

Agreement

- Designate an adult to greet the mascot performer upon his/her arrival and ensure that he/she reaches the appropriate changing space.
- For weddings, the point of contact cannot be the bride or groom
- The performer will require a private, clean, and secure place to change and take breaks. Public restrooms are not acceptable.
- Parking and water must be provided for the performer.
- The performer reserves the right to walk away from any appearance/event that he/she deems unsafe or harmful.
- Any publicity that mentions Chomps/Brownie is prohibited. If you are interested in a partnership with the Browns for a license to use the Cleveland Browns name and other Browns marks, logos, and intellectual property, the Special Events department can put you in touch with a member of the Browns corporate partnership team.
- Performer is entitled to a water break in the frame of 5-10 minutes during the appearance time

By submitting the request below, you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of the Client/Organization who is hosting the event and, by submitting the request you hereby indicate that Client/Organization agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Cleveland Browns Stadium Company LLC, Cleveland Browns Football Company LLC, Cleveland Browns Foundation, and each of all participating sponsors and each of their respective partners, members, shareholders, officers, directors and employees, parent and subsidiary corporations, any business entities in which they may have any ownership or management interest, and all persons acting by, through, under or in concert with them, or any of them (hereinafter individually and collectively referred to as “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liabilities, claims, suits, actions, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) which may arise out of or in connections with the mascot performance, including without limitation, any claim or demand asserted by any spectator or participant in the mascot performance, or any other third party, against the Released Parties.
