How do you give back?
#give10

Name: Sherri Haasz
Hometown: Brook Park, OH
How they give back: Sherri is very passionate about her community and supporting families that need it. She volunteers with Audrey's Outreach which helps with providing food and clothing to families in need. She feels very rewarded when she sees the looks on the families faces when they get something for their self or for their kids.

Name: Stephen KlugHometown: Ashtabula, OH
How they give back: Stephen is passionate about the elderly and health care, therefore, he volunteers for hospice 15 hours a week. He likes just being with the elderly and being able to sing to them. He enjoys seeing their faces light up knowing that he’s making a difference in their lives.

Name: Ca’shayliana Jones
Hometown: Cleveland, OH
How they give back: Ca’shayliana is a high school student who loves being able to give back to her fellow peers. She does so by joining different clubs throughout the year and helping to set up dances and events at her school for all to enjoy.

Name: Diane Lechner
Hometown: Cleveland, OH
How they give back: Diane volunteers with several organizations, including with her therapy dogs, but one of her newest and most rewarding volunteer positions is with "In Step with Horses." The goal of this organization is to help people uncover their strengths, and re-balance the lives of individuals through a partnership with animals and nature. She has had the pleasure of volunteering in various capacities, including fundraising events for causes that she finds important. In Step with Horses is doing wonderful things for people. She had a parent tell her of the unbelievable transformation in her young son since he has been coming to "In Step with Horses." The quiet, calm atmosphere is very comforting to most people so she’s happy to be a part of something so positive.

Name: Cyndi Foster
Hometown: Cleveland, OH
How they give back: Cyndi gives back through the Akron Ronald McDonald House. Their family became extremely involved in what the organization was doing because their son was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect when he was only a few days old. Between constant hospital visits and their son having to undergo major surgeries before he was six months old, they began to spend most of their time to supporting those whose stories were similar to their own. Cyndi and her husband continue to volunteer because they are truly fortunate that their son experienced a successful repair and they feel indebted to the organizations that helped make that happen. She hopes the fundraising they do, can help relieve at least one parent, and bring a smile to the face of one child for if only a few minutes.

The Browns are dedicated to #give10 through the team’s First and Ten initiative. Launched in June 2014, the Cleveland Browns First and Ten campaign is the team’s community program, established to inspire fans to volunteer in and help their communities throughout the world by volunteering for 10 hours each year. Since its inception, Browns fans have committed to volunteering more than 1.5 million hours to impact their communities by pledging to #give10. Through First and Ten, the Browns are the only NFL club to promote a long-term volunteering program that unifies the team and its entire fan base, with the goal of impacting every individual’s city across the globe, as well as the franchise’s local community. All Browns fans are encouraged to join the volunteering effort by signing the First and Ten pledge on the team’s website and by sharing their stories with #give10
