This week's Cleveland Browns High School Game of the Week will feature Kenston High School and North High School (Eastlake) on Friday, Sept. 20. Cleveland Browns High School Game of the Week is presented by Ohio Cat in association with Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM).

In this week's matchup, the North Rangers will host the defending Division III state champions Kenston Bombers. The Bombers opened their first two games of the season by shut outs with a total of 90 points scored. Prior to the Bombers game against West Geauga, they outscored opponents 132-0 over three games dating to last season's state-title game.

Coming off a Division III state championship, quarterback Jon Tomcufcik has started the season throwing for 587 yards and eight touchdowns. Returning weapon for Tomcufcikis is cleveland.com Offensive Player of the Year, Jack Porter. Porter averages more than 100 yards per game on the ground.

The Rangers are coming off a big win defeating the Lakeside Dragons 40-6. The Rangers will rely heavily on their run game behind their powerful offensive line. Senior quarterback Dylan Froelich has been held back by injury so far this year, but has power and speed to run. Two talented backs to follow during this match up are brothers James and Thomas Walker. The Rangers best opportunity to win here is its run game, chewing up yards and time on the clock.

Good luck to both teams and stay tuned for a post-game report.
