  • Following a five-year playing career that included a year with the Browns (2000), Colman has gained coaching experience in the NFL, NFL Europe, college and high school.
  • In 2019, developed rookie K Austin Seibert and rookie P Jamie Gillan. Both were named to the PFWA All-Rookie team. Seibert set a Browns rookie scoring record with 105 points and opened his career with 16 consecutive conversions, a streak that ranked fourth in NFL history. Gillan set the Browns single-season record for net punting (41.6 average) and finished tied for fifth in team history with 28 punts inside the 20-yard line. Gillan was named the AFC Special Teams Player of the Week for Week 2 and AFC Special Teams Player of the Month for September.
