- Named quarterbacks coach in 2022 following two seasons as tight ends coach. Rejoined the Browns staff in 2020 after serving as a football operations intern, while assisting with the offensive coaching staff in 2013.
- In first season with the Browns, helped three tight ends record multiple touchdowns. Austin Hooper finished tied for second on the team with four receiving scores. Developed fourth-round pick Harrison Bryant, who led all NFL rookie TEs with three receiving touchdowns, while David Njoku added two receiving scores. The unit also helped the Browns finish third in the league in rushing with an average of 148.4 yards per game (the team's best since 1978).
