Debra Wilson, a Cleveland native founded the Fairfax Leadership Initiative (FLI). The initiative is used as a catalyst and hub in the neighborhood to help people recognize their dreams, skills and talents. The residents and stakeholders in the neighborhood have really come to see FLI as a tool and mainstay in the area. Debra has worked to gather information that she uses to determine what direction to guide the participants in order to get closer to their goals and/or grow. Debra has made it her mission to find and train leaders who can make important decisions regarding their neighborhood which she cares so deeply about. Thanks for sharing Debra! Name: Dan Finan

How they give back:
Dan, who works only occasionally in his spare time after retiring, decided to begin volunteering. He does so by delivering groceries with others at All Faith's Pantry. They deliver to people who cannot come out to do so on their own. He also is able to #give10 at the American Cancer Society through the Road to Recovery Program. This program arranges for people to drive those who are undergoing chemo or radiation treatment to and from appointments. Dan has been driving for two years.
And finally, Dan is a big brother in the Big Brother's and Big Sister's program. Throughout this past year, Dan and his little have developed a strong friendship and have worked toward his goals of obtaining a job and excelling in school. Recently the little acquired a job at Cedar Point for this summer after acing both interviews. What a phenomenal story Dan! You are doing so much for your community, we love your commitment to #give10.
Name: Scott Cummings

How they give back:
Scott is a local golf coach who likes to volunteer for golf events throughout the area. He enjoys being around the game of golf because he can be out in the fresh air and walk. Scott betters himself and his community by committing to become a healthier person and encouraging others to do the same. Recently he volunteered with the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission at the Rust Oleum Championships in early June. He said it was lots of fun to #give10 at this event because he was able to witness see world class golfers play and do what he loves. That's fantastic Scott! Thanks for sharing how you #give10!

How they give back:
Danyll has supported youth initiatives throughout his entire professional career. He takes the lives of young people very seriously after the losing his own son. Because of this he has recommitted himself to be involved in as many youth engagements as he can no matter how small. He supports local high school students and is an active mentor for youth who are college-bound. That is awesome Danyll! Thank you for your commitment to #give10 and help the youth in your community.

How they give back:
These members of the Cleveland Browns staff show how they #give10 by becoming involved with Browns initiatives like Adapted Football League. Adaptive football league provides an opportunity for disabled youth and young adults to participate in an organized, competitive and developmental sport. It is also the first of its kind in the state of Ohio. Each year the program serves more than 100 athletes. The group has committed to volunteer throughout the entire season. Alright Brownies, Way to go!
