For the earliest opportunity to obtain season tickets once available, reserve a spot on the Waitlist by purchasing a Cleveland Browns Season Ticket Deposit. Deposits start at $100 per seat and will be applied towards an eventual season ticket purchase.

Season Tickets are sold out at FirstEnergy Stadium and the Waitlist provides you with the earliest opportunity to obtain season tickets once they become available.
IS THERE A COST TO JOINING THE CLEVELAND BROWNS WAITLIST?
There is a one-time deposit of $100 per seat required to join the Cleveland Browns Waitlist, which is applied towards your future purchase of season tickets once they become available. All deposits are non-refundable.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY DEPOSIT?
The deposit secures your priority on the Waitlist and is applied towards your purchase of new season tickets.

WHAT IS THE PREMIUM CLUB DEPOSIT?
A Premium Club Deposit provides priority to purchase season tickets with access to Premium Club locations (Club 46, Draft Room, KeyBank Club, Kardiac Club), when available and after our Season Ticket Member renewal window has closed.
CAN I PURCHASE A GENERAL DEPOSIT AND THEN LATER UPGRADE TO A PREMIUM CLUB DEPOSIT?

DOES JOINING THE WAITLIST GUARANTEE SEASON TICKETS FOR NEXT YEAR?
Joining the Waitlist provides you with the earliest opportunity to obtain season tickets, once they become available, but does not guarantee access for the upcoming season. Ticket availability is determined after the Season Ticket Member renewal process has been completed each year. Waitlist members will be the first group contacted to acquire new season tickets following the annual renewal process.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF I HAVE SECURED SEASON TICKETS?
Availability is determined after the Season Ticket Member renewal process has been completed. If season tickets are available, we will start working through the Cleveland Browns Waitlist, starting with Premium Club Deposits and then by join date. If you are contacted, you will be able to select from the available season ticket inventory.
CAN I MAKE A SPECIFIC SEATING REQUEST?
We cannot guarantee that you will have the opportunity to purchase seats in specific locations. Once you become a Season Ticket Member, you'll have the opportunity to upgrade your seat on an annual basis if selection is available.
IF I'M CONTACTED ABOUT SEASON TICKETS AND AM UNABLE TO PURCHASE THEM AT THAT TIME, CAN I DECLINE THE TICKETS?
Yes, you are eligible to defer twice before moving to the end of the Waitlist.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF DEPOSITS I CAN PLACE?
You may place up to four deposits (4 seats).
CAN I GIFT A SEAT ON THE WAITLIST?
Yes! A seat on the Waitlist makes a great gift. Waitlist deposits are not transferable, so make sure their information is accurate and up to date.
CAN I CHANGE THE NAME ON MY ACCOUNT AFTER IT'S BEEN CREATED?
Waitlist deposits are not transferable.

Club 46 is a private club located directly across from the Browns locker room. With your own entrance into the stadium, all-inclusive food and beverage and 100-level seating you can't go wrong being a member.
There is nothing like the KeyBank Club game day experience which includes food and beverage, a private entrance into the stadium, your own outdoor patio and 100-level seating (south side).
Enjoy a true upgraded Browns experience in the Draft Room with great 100-level seats (north side) food and beverage, a private entrance and a private patio.
The Kardiac Club allows a unique experience with a view of the field from a private lounge. Also included is your food and beverage and great 100-level seats.
The Cleveland Browns welcome all guests, however, to ensure fans' comfort and accordance with local fire safety laws, only fans with a ticket will be allowed inside the Stadium, except for fans under two years of age. Any child under 24 months must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult.
PSL/SEASON TICKET OWNERSHIP AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
The Cleveland Browns recognize the PSL/Season Ticket Member of record as the name or company that appears on the PSL License Agreement or the first line of the account identification address.

The first time you sign in you will be asked to reset your password and verify your phone and email address. This can be done in the app or on the Browns Account Manager website.
