Introducing Dawg Rewards, Our New Season Ticket Member Rewards Program

Dawg Rewards is the rewards program currently available to Cleveland Browns Season Ticket Members. As part of Dawg Rewards, members receive discounts on merchandise purchases at the Stadium Pro Shop and on shop.clevelandbrowns.com, as well as discounts on select Stadium concessions items. To redeem the discounts when at the Stadium, scan your Dawg Rewards digital card found within the Browns mobile app when making a purchase. For each scan, you'll also receive one entry in the Dawg Rewards sweepstakes for a chance to win Browns prizes.

How to Access Dawg Rewards

How to Access Dawg Rewards

  1. Launch the Browns Mobile App
  2. Click on the "Tickets" tab at the bottom
  3. Just below the "Access your mobile tickets" button, you will see a banner that says "Dawg Rewards." Tap on this to reveal your unique QR code to scan at the point of purchase
  4. You must be logged into the app with your Season Ticket Member Ticketmaster Account Manager account to access your Dawg Rewards digital card – if you logged in to access your tickets, you are good to go!

Can I get more for the other people on my account?

Each primary season ticket account holder will receive one (1) Dawg Rewards digital card, accessible in the Cleveland Browns Mobile App. At a later date, the Browns may offer a second Dawg Rewards digital card that can be transferred to a third party using your tickets.
