What happens to my current PSL when we move to the new Huntington Bank Field?
The official pricing of your current PSL will convert into a credit that can be applied toward the purchase of a new PSL at the new Huntington Bank Field.
As long as you remain renewed and in good standing through the 2028 season, you preserve that credit value.
Is my PSL credit cash?
No. PSL credits are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or Browns ticketing products. They may only be used toward the purchase of a new PSL in the new stadium.
What if my new PSL costs less than my available credit?
If the new PSL you select is priced lower than your available credit, the remaining balance will not be refunded or paid out.
Will every seat in the new stadium require a PSL?
Yes. All seating areas in the new Huntington Bank Field will require a PSL, consistent with NFL new stadium trends.
Do I have to purchase the same seats I have now?
No. Your new stadium purchase does not need to match your current seat quantity or location. You will have flexibility to upgrade, downgrade, or select a new area that best fits your needs.
How do I remain eligible for my PSL credit?
To preserve your credit, you must keep your season membership renewed and in good standing through the life of the current stadium (through the 2028 season). If season membership is cancelled, PSL credits are forfeited.
How is my PSL credit calculated?
Your credit is based on your current PSL price category using the official 2013 PSL Pricing Map.
It is not based on:
- What you originally paid
- What you paid on the secondary market
Your credit reflects your current seat location category and most recent official pricing.
How long do I have to transfer/sell my PSL for the upcoming season?
Completed transfer requests for the current season must be submitted prior to May 1st. All transfer requests submitted after the deadline will not take effect until the following season. For example, a transfer for the 2026 season must be submitted prior to May 1, 2026, and any transfer requests submitted after May 1, 2026 will be completed for the 2027 season.
What happens if I choose not to purchase in the new stadium?
Existing PSLs will conclude after the 2028 season as part of the stadium transition, and if no action is taken, your PSL credit will be forfeited.
Does my tenure transfer to the new stadium?
Yes. Your tenure and seat selection priority will carry forward when you purchase new PSLs at Huntington Bank Field.
Can multiple accounts combine PSL credits?
Credits may be combined only if PSLs are formally transferred into one primary account before purchasing new PSLs. Credits cannot otherwise be pooled across separate accounts. Our team is happy to assist with transfer questions.
Can PSL credits be transferred?
PSLs may be transferred through an approved PSL Transfer Agreement. The new owner will be eligible for the associated PSL credit, provided membership remains in good standing.
Are there limits on transfers?
- Transfers are limited to once per year.
- Tenure may only transfer to an immediate blood or legal relative.
- Tenure cannot transfer if the original holder retains any PSLs.
What happens in the event of a deceased PSL holder?
Ownership may transition to the next of kin or executor of the estate through an approved PSL Transfer Agreement. Transfer fees are waived in the event of death.
