Use the PSL Marketplace to securely buy, sell, or transfer personal seat licenses online. All transactions are reviewed and approved by the Cleveland Browns, and the PSL Marketplace allows you to complete payments and sign forms digitally. You can also transfer PSLs privately to friends, family, or others you know.
Download and review PSL Transfer Forms. Once completed, submit them via email to tickets@clevelandbrowns.com or mail them to Cleveland Browns Ticket Office, 76 Lou Groza Blvd., Berea, OH 44017 for processing.
Only the PSL/Season Ticket Member of record as the name or company appearing on the PSL License Agreement will be recognized by the Browns.

Any transactions concerning a season ticket account will be made ONLY with the account holder on record. Transactions must be documented in writing, signed by the account holder on record and may require a stamp from a notary. This includes, but is not limited to, change of address, seat additions and deletions, seat location changes and all transactions involving money.
