Anderson joined the Browns in 2022 as a defensive quality control coach after spending eight seasons at the collegiate level prior to joining the Browns. He was promoted to defensive assistant/nickelbacks coach in 2026. He first joined the Browns as a Bill Walsh NFL Diversity Coaching Fellow in 2021, an opportunity each NFL team offers to minority coaches during offseason programs.
