Carr joins the Browns as the chief of staff and brings over 20 years of experience at the prep, junior college and collegiate levels. He most recently was the head coach at Starkville High School for the 2025 season after one season as the head coach at Clinton High School in 2024. Carr previously crossed paths with head coach Todd Monken at Southern Mississippi where he served as the director of football operations from 2013-15 and managed team travel, event operations, fundraising projects, clinics and camps.
