Monty Gibson enters his first season in the NFL as the Browns' assistant strength and conditioning coach, after being named to his position on April 5, 2018.

Gibson comes to Cleveland with nearly 30 years of coaching experience, with the last 18 spent as a member of the Texas A&M strength and conditioning staff. As a sports performance coach, Gibson was responsible for overseeing the strength and conditioning programs for the Aggie track and field men's and women's sprints and mid-distance runners, as well as the equestrian and men's tennis teams. He also worked alongside Browns director of strength and conditioning Larry Jackson for five years (2012-16) in the Aggie football program.
