Daniel Haas, who currently lives in Mainz Germany is a big time Browns fan. Daniel was a foreign exchange student who spent time in Cleveland in the mid 1990s. He became fascinated with American Football as a sport and the Cleveland Browns. He was called and set up to believe he was only talking about his application for International Fan of the Year. Browns Hall of Famer Joe Thomas gave him the news that he is the winner!
