How do I get tickets for Training Camp?

Training Camp tickets are free, but required for everyone age 2 and older. Due to high demand and limited capacity, each fan can claim up to four (4) tickets for one (1) open practice session. 2025 Training Camp Tickets are SOLD OUT

When can I claim tickets?

Tickets will be available to the public on Thursday, July 3 at 10 a.m. ET. Browns Season Ticket Members will have an advanced 24-hour window to reserve their tickets to training camp practices, starting on Wednesday, July 2 at 10 a.m. ET.

How do I access my tickets?

Training Camp is a mobile-ticketed event. Printed tickets will not be available or accepted. To access your tickets:

1. Download the latest version of the Browns Mobile App
2. Log in with your Ticketmaster account
3. Locate your tickets and add them to your mobile wallet at least 24 hours prior to Training Camp.

What time do gates open and close?

Gates open 1 hour prior to the start of practice. Practice ends when players exit the field, and guests will be asked to make their way to the exits at that time.

Where do I enter Training Camp?

General public entry is located off Beech St. at the south end of Training Camp. All guests will be required to go through metal detectors or wanding for security purposes.

Fans who have enrolled in Express Access can use the dedicated entry lanes marked with green ribbons on Beech St. for quicker entry.

What is Express Access?

Express Access is a free, optional entry lane available to all fans. It uses facial authentication for faster, contactless entry into Training Camp for all tickets in your account. Just look for the green ribbon-marked Express Access lanes at the gates on Beech St.

What are the seating options?

Fans can sit in the bleachers overlooking the practice fields. Seating in the bleachers is not assigned and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Wheelchair accessible viewing is also available. Camping and lawn chairs are not permitted as space is limited.

What can I bring into camp?

CrossCountry Mortgage Campus follows the NFL Clear Bag Policy, and certain items are not permitted inside the facility. Prohibited items include coolers, alcohol, video equipment, weapons, noisemakers, non-service animals, drones, and aerosol cans. The campus is also a smoke-free area.

A free bag check will be available at the gate for any items that cannot be brought in.

Is parking available?

General admission parking is available at the following locations:

• Berea Recreation Center - 451 Front St, Berea, OH 44017
• Baldwin Wallace University - E Bagley Rd, Berea, OH 44017

Parking at both locations is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is ADA parking available?

ADA parking is available at CrossCountry Mortgage Campus, located at 76 Lou Groza Blvd, Berea, OH 44017. ADA parking passes must be requested in advance by emailing TCParking@ClevelandBrowns.com. Please note that parking at this location is limited.

Is food and water provided?

Yes. Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the Snack Shack, and a Cleveland-based food truck will also be on-site each day. Complimentary water will be provided daily, while supplies last.

Can I use my Dawg Rewards?

Yes. Season Ticket Members can use Dawg Rewards at Training Camp, but only on merchandise purchases. To receive your merchandise discount at camp, tap the Dawg Rewards button under the Tickets tab in the Browns mobile app and scan the QR code at checkout. Please note: Dawg Rewards cannot be used on food or beverage purchases.

What happens if it rains?

In the event of inclement weather, please monitor your email and Browns mobile app notifications for updates on whether Training Camp will be open to the public that day. Practices may begin as scheduled and be canceled mid-session due to changing weather conditions. If practice is moved indoors, it will be closed to the public due to space limitations. Can I tour the CrossCountry Mortgage campus?

Unfortunately, tours are not available. The campus is closed to visitors due to day-to-day business operations.
