The Cleveland Browns are hosting the inaugural Browns Breaks event, a sports card & memorabilia show inside Huntington Bank Field on Sunday June 14th. This will be during the larger Browns Summer Tailgate event attracting fans of all ages (potential customers). We are currently in search of vendors to setup within the event footprint. There is a reservation fee that will be refunded the week following the event (pending that you are set up on time and stay the duration of the event). That means it will be no cost if you participate. However, if you do not show up & set up for the entire event you forfeit your reservation fee.
Dealer tables are available for reservation at the following rates:
- 1 Table for $100
- 2 Tables for $150
Additional Event Info:
- The event is slated to be located indoors, in the Lake Club as Huntington Bank Field.
- Any sport & teams are welcome.
- Event load-in will occur between 8 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. with all vendors fully setup and ready by 11 am.
- (1) Vehicle per vendor may be pulled into the loading dock area for drop off and easy access to freight elevator to bring product to Lake Club for setup.
- Cars must be relocated to Sarchione Lot following drop-off which is located immediately to the north of the loading dock entrance approximately 100 feet from the building.
- (1) vehicle per vendor may be parked in Sarchione Lot at no cost. Additional vehicles must find alternative parking.
- Vendor credentials will be provided upon arrival
- (1) staff member permitted for every table purchased (i.e. (2) tables allows for (2) staff to attend to setup)
- The show ends at 5 pm.
