Browns employees huddled around a holiday tree filled with wish lists from a Cuyahoga County child, taking a tag from the tree. Two weeks later, green bags adorned with Browns and Huntington National Bank logos filled the halls of CrossCountry Mortgage Campus, holding gifts to be sent to a local child for the holidays.

As part of the Browns' "Month of Giving," 165 Browns staff and employees participated in the annual Giving Tree. They delivered the gifts to the Cuyahoga County Children and Family Services in Old Brooklyn on Dec. 4.

Huntington National Bank joined the Browns' efforts for the second consecutive holiday season and matched the number of gifts the Browns purchased, helping support kids in need. Combined, the Browns and Huntington National Bank provided nearly 1,000 gifts this holiday season, celebrating a 20-year partnership that began in Sept. 2024.

"Sharing the holiday spirit through the Giving Tree has become a tradition for the Browns, and we were thrilled to join with Huntington in partnership to double our impact of children supported," Browns Vice President of Community Relations Jenner Tekancic said. "It brings us all joy to know kids throughout the county will have gifts to open this holiday season."

The Browns have held their annual Giving Tree for the past two decades, and for the last three seasons, the Giving Tree has been a part of the "Month of Giving." Browns players, alumni, coaches, staff members, partners and fans participate in the "Month of Giving," which is an organizational tradition that allows individuals to make impactful contributions to deserving individuals and organizations as part of the team's commitment to advancing education, youth football and equitable opportunities.

Huntington National Bank continues to help grow and support the impact the Browns make for local kids in need, all coming from the dedication of their employees to give back to the Cleveland area.

"Huntington Bank is always committed to strengthening the communities we serve, and that's especially important this time of year," regional president of Huntington National Bank Jay Turakhia said. "Our partnership with the Cleveland Browns is an opportunity to work with a fantastic community partner as we align on advancing equitable opportunities for everyone in Northeast Ohio. We're honored to partake in The Giving Tree tradition by matching the Browns' gift donation."
