Browns announce inactives vs. Raiders

The following Browns will be inactive for today's game against the Raiders:

QB Austin Davis

RB Robert Turbin

DB K'Waun Williams

LB Scott Solomon

WR Dwayne Bowe

TE E.J. Bibbs

DL Desmond Bryant

John Hughes III is slated to start in place of Bryant.

Rookie defensive lineman Xavier Cooper and defensive back Justin Gilbert are active for the first time this season.
