Dylan Sampson nominated for Rookie of the Week for Week 12 

Sampson recorded 82 scrimmage yards and one touchdown reception

As RB Dylan Sampson caught a short pass from QB Shedeur Sanders out of the backfield, Sampson followed his blockers and broke through the Raiders' defense. He took off down the field, running for 66 yards and into the end zone for his second career receiving touchdown this season.

The touchdown capped of the Browns' 24-10 win over the Raiders in Week 12.

Not only did Sampson score the receiving touchdown, but he also recorded 23 rushing yards on seven carries and 59 receiving yards on three receptions. He finished the game with 82 scrimmage yards and one touchdown. Sampson was officially nominated for the Pepsi Zero Sugar NFL Rookie of the Week for Week 12.

"He's done everything that we've asked him to do going back to the second he was here," head coach Kevin Stefanski said. "We've had him do a variety of jobs on offense. He's now a kick returner for us, so he will really do whatever we ask him to do. He's always ready."

Sampson was nominated for the Pepsi Zero Sugar NFL Rookie of the Week alongside Titans QB Cam Ward, Raiders RB Ashton Jeanty, Bengals LB Barrett Carter, Giants DT Darius Alexander and Texans S Jaylen Reed.

Fans can vote for one of the six nominated players here and on the NFL Mobile app through Thursday at 11 a.m. ET to determine who will bring home the Rookie of the Week championship belt for Week 12.

After the regular season, six players will be nominated for NFL Rookie of the Year honors. Fans can vote for the winner here throughout the month of January.
