Dom Borsani

Biography

Dom Borsani is in his fourth season with the Cleveland Browns and his first as an offensive analyst.
He originally joined the front office as a football research analyst in 2023 and spent the 2024 season as a coaching analyst.
In his role, Borsani works closely with the offensive coaching staff and is responsible for advance opponent scouting while also contributing to football research.
Prior to joining the Browns, Borsani worked as a performance engineer and data scientist at Babcock & Wilcox from 2012-23. During this time, he also worked as an assistant football coach at Wadsworth High School from 2013-21, where he worked with the safeties, cornerbacks, outside linebackers and wide receivers.
In 2022, Borsani served as the defensive analyst at the University of Toledo.
A native of Wadsworth, Ohio, Borsani earned his bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Akron. He now resides in Middleburg Heights, Ohio with his fiancé, Rachel.
