Biography
- Keith Tandy joined the Browns as the assistant special teams coach in 2026.
- Prior to joining the Browns, Tandy spent six seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2020-25) as a defensive/special teams assistant.
- Tandy was a member of the coaching staff for Tampa Bay's Super Bowl LV championship in his first year with the team in 2020.
- Before returning to the NFL as a coach, Tandy worked at his alma mater, West Virginia, as an intern with the football program, after beginning his coaching career at Bishop McLaughlin Catholic High School as the defensive coordinator in 2019.
- Appeared in 90 career games during seven-year NFL career for the Buccaneers (2012-17) and the Atlanta Falcons (2018). Recorded 179 tackles, 14 passes defensed and eight interceptions on defense while also playing a key role on special teams throughout his career.
- Native of Hopkinsville, Ky., and attended West Virginia University, where he was a two-time first team All-Big East selection.
- He and his wife, Melissa, have three children, Julian, Penelope and Gianna.
