· Michael Bearden joined the Browns in 2025 as the recipient of the Bill Willis Coaching Fellowship. The Browns created the opportunity for a rising minority coach with a focus on the offensive side of the ball. Bearden is the fourth recipient of the fellowship.
· Spent two seasons at Notre Dame as assistant wide receivers coach. Helped Notre Dame advance to the finals of the first 12-team College Football Playoff as the Fighting Irish ranked seventh in the nation with an average of 37.6 points per game in 2024.
· Participated in the Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship program for the Bears in 2024, an opportunity each NFL team offers to minority coaches during offseason programs.
