· Joined the Browns staff as an offensive assistant/run-game specialist in 2024 and took over as pass-game specialist in 2025.
· In 2024, RBs Nick Chubb and Jerome Ford tied for the team lead in rushing touchdowns. Ford, who led the team in rushing yards, had back-to-back games with a 60-plus yard rush.
· Spent two seasons (2022-23) as UConn's assistant head coach/offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach, leading the Huskies offense to rank 33rd in the NCAA after averaging 191.0 rushing yards per game in 2022 and the largest turnaround in all of FBS football, making a bowl game for the first time in seven years. In 2023, led the Huskies to its most 30-point games in over a decade and top ten in the nation in sacks allowed, a program record. Coached RG Christian Haynes, the first back to back All-American in program history.
· Spent seven seasons as a coach at Maine (2015-21) in various offensive roles before serving as head coach from 2019-21, at the time the youngest head coach in all of D1 football.
· During first season as the head coach at Maine, led an offense that became one of the program's best in decades. The Black Bears led the Coastal Athletic Conference (CAA), ranked 12th nationally and set school records in passing yards per game (296.5). The team also set a school record for passing touchdowns in a season with 29.
· As the offensive coordinator in 2018, the Black Bears captured the 2018 CAA Championship and advanced to the semifinal round of the FCS playoffs for the first time in program history. Helped pave the way for RB Ramon Jefferson to become the first freshman in school history to rush for 1,000 yards in a season.
· As a graduate assistant for Boston College, spent three seasons under then Boston College offensive coordinator, and now Ohio State head coach Ryan Day, where he worked on offense with the quarterbacks in 2014. Helped mentor QB Tyler Murphy, who set the ACC single-season quarterback rushing record with 1,184 yards.
· Graduated from Boston College in 2011 with a bachelor's degree in philosophy and received a master's degree from Boston College in 2013.
