Dunn first joined the Browns in 2020 as a defensive assistant and adds assistant linebackers responsibilities beginning in 2026. During six seasons with the Browns, DE Myles Garrett was named to the Pro Bowl and AP All-Pro team all six seasons and was named the 2023 and 2025 NFL Defensive Player of the Year. He also set the NFL single-season sack record with 23 in 2025. In 2025, Dunn aided with the linebackers, where second-round pick Carson Schwesinger was named the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year.
