Daniel Haas, who currently lives in Mainz Germany is a big time Browns fan. Daniel was a foreign exchange student who spent time in Cleveland in the mid 1990s. He became fascinated with American Football as a sport and the Cleveland Browns. He was called and set up to believe he was only talking about his application for International Fan of the Year.
