Browns announce inactives vs. Steelers

The following players will be inactive for today's game against the Steelers:

QB Josh McCown

DB Justin Gilbert

DB Joe Haden

DB Donte Whitner

OL Joel Bitonio

WR Dwayne Bowe

TE E.J. Bibbs

Johnny Manziel will start at quarterback in place of McCown. Jordan Poyer is expected to start in place of Whitner at strong safety. Rookie Cameron Erving is slated to make his first career start in place of Bitonio.
