Browns announce inactives vs. Steelers

The following Browns will be inactive for today's season finale against the Steelers:

QB Duke Johnson

WR Marlon Moore

DB Tramon Williams

RB Glenn Winston

DB Charles Gaines

WR Dwayne Bowe

LB Armonty Bryant

Austin Davis will make his second start of the season at quarterback in place of Manziel. Jordan Poyer is expected to start in place of Williams and Pierre Desir is expected to do the same in place of Gaines.

Manziel, Moore, Williams and Winston are out with concussions. Gaines is unable to play because his girlfriend went into labor.
