Browns begin 2019 OTAs in Berea

The midpoint of May means we're this much closer to football. If you got a peek at the green grass at the Browns' training facility, you'd have to check your calendar to make sure we weren't in late July.

The Browns, with the vast majority of players – including the likes of Baker Mayfield, Myles Garrett and Odell Beckham Jr. -- hit the field Tuesday for the start of the first trio of voluntary organized team activities in Berea.

Cleveland will participate in OTAs for three days this week (Tuesday through Thursday), then resume OTAs in the same pattern next week (May 21-23) before completing a final four-day run of activities May 28-31.

These OTAs include the return of players to the team facility after they completed voluntary minicamp April 23-25. Following OTAs, mandatory minicamp will take place June 4-6.
