The Cleveland Browns claimed LB Josh Keyes. To make room on the roster, the team has waived LB Deon King.
A 6-2, 230-pound LB out of Boston College, Keyes was originally signed as an undrafted free agent in 2015 by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Over his three-year career, he has totaled five tackles and five special teams tackles in 14 games. He appeared in two games with the Chargers this season. Collegiately, he appeared in 43 games for the Eagles, tallying 62 tackles, four sacks and one forced fumble. A native of Philmont, N.Y., he attended Chatham High School.
King appeared in four games this season after spending the first four weeks on the club's practice squad.
