Browns release DL Tory Slater

BEREA, Ohio -- The Cleveland Browns on Monday waived DL Tory Slater. General Manager Ray Farmer made the announcement.

The Browns roster is currently at 89 players.

Slater was placed on active/physically unable to perform on July 22 and passed his physical on July 24. The undrafted rookie joined the Browns via waivers from Seattle on June 2.
