Browns sign DL Christian Tupou, WR Josh Lenz

The Cleveland Browns on Saturday signed DL Christian Tupou and WR Josh Lenz. General Manager Ray Farmer made the announcement.

The 6-4, 305-pound Tupou is in his second NFL season out of Southern California. He spent nine weeks on the Browns' practice squad last year and appeared in five games with the Bears in 2013. Tupou was waived by the Browns on May 11. He graduated from Grant High School in Sacramento.

Lenz is 6-0, 195 pounds and officially in his first NFL season out of Iowa State. Originally signed by Chicago as an undrafted free agent in 2013, he has spent time on the practice squads' of Seattle (three weeks in 2013) and Indianapolis (eight weeks in 2013 and all of 2014). A native of Debuque, Iowa, Lenza graduated from Hempstead High School.
